As the largest Tidel service center in the country, Richards Lock & Key provides nationwide support for Tidel safes. From installation to diagnostics and repairs, we serve retail chains, restaurants, and financial institutions that depend on Tidel’s smart safe technology to run efficiently. We also ship parts quickly from our warehouse or directly from Tidel.
GSA & Government-Certified Work
We are fully certified to inspect, service, and re-certify GSA containers, safes, and vault doors. Our work complies with FF-L-2740 and DOD 5220.22M standards, and we’re authorized to install and service Kaba Mas X-series locks.
